01

What we build

Second-generation restaurant conversions, interior build-outs, bar and lounge remodels and dining-room refreshes. We review the kitchen and MEP drawings early so hood, plumbing and electrical coordination is priced right the first time instead of discovered in the field.

02

Built around your opening date

Restaurant schedules are set by the lease and the opening date. We sequence demolition, framing, drywall, finishes and equipment set so inspections land on time, and we work after hours when a venue stays open during a remodel.

Trades we self-perform

  • Demolition and clean-up
  • Layout, rough framing and drywall
  • Taping, paint and texture
  • Acoustical ceilings (ACT)
  • Cabinetry and carpentry
  • Flooring and stone

Electrical and mechanical work is designed, stamped and installed by licensed partner subcontractors we work with closely, coordinated under our management.

03

How we contract

Lump sum, cost plus fee, or cost plus fee with a guaranteed maximum price. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation, and the same family team that bids your job shows up on it. Rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) budgets on commercial work are free.
