Hotels and casinos stay open while we build. We phase work by zone, keep dust, noise and deliveries off the guest path, and coordinate with security, engineering and operations so the property keeps running while the work gets done.

How we contract

Lump sum, cost plus fee, or cost plus fee with a guaranteed maximum price. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation, and the same family team that bids your job shows up on it. Rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) budgets on commercial work are free.
